Introducing our newest program: yoga4cancer

yoga4cancer blogWe are thrilled to announce that we have joined forces with a new partner and program, yoga4cancer.

Led by founder and director Tari Prinster, yoga4cancer joins our existing Ivy League of programs: Eat Breathe Thrive, Mindful Yoga Therapy, Prison Yoga Project, and Yoga of 12-Step Recovery. As a pioneer in the field, yoga4cancer’s highly respected, fact-based methodology is helping thousands of cancer patients and survivors across the country to manage side effects, boost immunity and improve recovery.

The aim of our partnership is to connect more cancer survivors with the effective and safe yoga methodology that yoga4cancer has championed.

We will do this in the following ways:

Raise funds and awareness for yoga4cancer and its goals.

Fund scholarships to help yoga teachers and other healthcare workers obtain advanced training.

Provide opportunities to our existing teacher training base.

Provide services and opportunities to cancer survivors – both our existing community, and future ones.

Collaborate with leadership groups and the medical community.

With the support of you as a service community, our collaboration will enable more cancer survivors to find strength, healing and support through yoga. Today is a good day!

Support our mission: learn more about yoga4cancer, help bring yoga classes to more survivors by donating today, or learn how you can get trained to lead yoga4cancer classes. Special savings through August 15th.
