We welcome your one-time donation in any amount. Every dollar makes a difference, and brings us one step closer to helping someone transform their life through yoga and mindfulness.
We aim to bring free Mindful Yoga Therapy toolkits to 30,000 veterans, soldiers and military families by the end of 2015, giving them a clinically tested resource to support recovery from trauma. For just $15, you can help us to serve three veterans.
We’re working to bring Eat Breathe Thrive’s clinical program, Yoga for Eating Disorders, to 25 treatment clinics across the country, giving individuals struggling with food and body image issues a lifesaving tool for long-term recovery. For every $5,000 contributed, we can bring the program to one more clinic.
We plan to share free Prison Yoga Project resources with 10,000 incarcerated or newly released men and women, offering them a path to change negative behaviors, heal from trauma and improve their lives.
We’re helping the Niroga Institute to bring its Transformative Life Skills program to America’s inner cities and the West Bank of Palestine, so leaders can support young people touched by trauma to build a better future.
